Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Information
- We ship across India using trusted courier partners—please supply a full street address (no P.O. Boxes) with postal code and phone number.
- Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday–Saturday); no dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
- Dispatch timelines shown on product pages are estimates: in rare cases, dispatch may take up to 72 hours due to supplier delays.
2. Order Processing & Cut-Offs
- We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Orders confirmed before 1 PM IST are prioritized for same‑day dispatch; orders placed after this may ship the next day.
- Public holidays and weekends may delay processing to the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Domestic shipments are handled by top courier services delivering between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday–Saturday.
- Typical delivery times: 1–3 days for major cities; up to 7 days for more remote or rural regions.
- International shipping (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout, with transit times and customs duties depending on destination.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are based on order weight and delivery location, and calculated automatically at checkout.
- On domestic orders over ₹X, enjoy free standard shipping.
- Express shipping options are available for an additional fee; upfront costs will be displayed at checkout.
5. Tracking & Notifications
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your order ships.
- Use the courier’s tracking link provided, or check your order status via your Shopify account area.
- If tracking shows “delivered” and you haven’t received your order, please contact your local post office for assistance.
6. Delays, Returns & Address Issues
- We’re not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, courier exceptions, inaccurate address, or force majeure events. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Packages returned due to wrong or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund, though re-shipment can be arranged at your expense.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be redirected to a new address.
7. Loss / Damage in Transit
- Inspect your order upon delivery; file any claims for missing or damaged items within 48 hours of receipt.
- Keep photos of the item and packaging—we will assist with courier claims once confirmed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the courier approves liability for the loss/damage.
8. International Orders & Customs
- International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.
- We do not take responsibility for customs delays or charges; items may be marked as “gift” or “low value” where permitted.
