- Refunds or reprints are approved for defects such as misprints, damage in transit, or incorrect items shipped.
- We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind, incorrect design choices, or order mistakes made by customers.
- Custom-made, personalized, or one-off items.
- Opened, used, or unsealed items not returned in original condition.
2. How to Request a Refund or Reprint
- Contact us within 15 days (or up to 45 days—choose your window) after receipt.
- Provide your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a description of the defect or error.
- Include your preferred resolution: a full refund (original payment method) or a reprint/replacement.
3. Approval & Processing
- Once we confirm eligibility—typically within a few business days—we’ll either:
- Issue a refund via original payment method (or store credit if preferred), or
- Process a reprint/replacement, dispatched free of charge.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of approval.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Change-of-mind or accidental orders—even if canceled—are not refundable once production has begun.
- Refunds are not provided for shipping costs unless the shipment was incorrect or damaged due to our error.
5. Returns & Shipping
- For approved returns, customers are responsible for safely packaging the item and shipping it back promptly, unless otherwise instructed.
- Save proof of shipment—refunds will not be processed without confirmation that the returned package was received.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Notify us within 48 hours of any damage, defects, or wrong items.
- Provide photo evidence; we’ll evaluate and issue a refund or replacement as approved.
7. Exceptions & Custom Items
- Customized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Reprints will be considered for issues strictly due to production errors or shipping damage.
